i found the hotel very clean. the staff provided helpful service. the hotel offers a convenient shuttle to the city center. i liked its location near a park with animals and birds often unseen in the city.

the staff anticipated needs before i even asked that was acceptable
the smoke detector went off when i took a shower apparently the steam was the cause i found a fireman at my door ready to put down a fire it was not a pleasant experience

botanical garden extra space laundry facility
the location by the botanical garden was great. the tv room gave us extra space when staying indoors. we found the laundry facility useful, it was excellent!
i booked a room with request for a high floor though my request was not granted. i got a room on a low floor! it wasn't ideal

the staff offered rooms upgrade upon arrival, A NICE surprise. the views were BEAUTIFUL. Complimentary items were fruit, snacks. drinks in the room. I noticed the menu had extensive choices, chinese and western. food servings were generous.
walking uphill to the hotel proves quite hard, especially after long days.

peaceful hotel nice dinning area stressed staff cold room
the location is very peaceful. a nice dining area has a good view and breakfasts were just right amount. stanley was very kind and helpful.
the staff look very stressed. when i arrive in the room, there is no wifi and after one hour, they finally decide to change my room and it was very cold inside.
